From San Antonio to London, Tom has a strong background in managing software businesses. He’s worked on self-service kiosks to maternity software and intelligence solutions, and he enjoys making a big impact through reinvigorating products and building strong relationships with customers and teams. After work, Tom enjoys running, traveling, and watching live shows with his wife.
Cheryl Orsi
Senior Manager Client Support
A DHI Merit Award winner, Cheryl has worked in the door industry for nearly 30 years for several distributors before joining Software for Hardware. Cheryl understands our customers’ environment maybe better than any Support & Training person in the door software industry. When not helping door distributors, you may find Cheryl at a local or far away beach.
Michael Schecter
Director of Technical Operations
World class IT support requires a real sense of urgency. Michael learned this true meaning while developing a career in the gaming industry, working in a 24/7, non-stop, immediate cash and critical operations environment. Michael brings that sense of urgency to Software for Hardware and regularly amazes customers with his dedication and service level.

Client Support Manager
As a former Project Manager, Ashley has many years of industry experience and a deep understanding of our customer’s point of view. This makes her an excellent Client Support Manager, providing training and support for new and existing customers to help them get the most out of Software for Hardware. Ashley is a “real-life mermaid”, feeling the most at peace and free in a body of water.
Christopher Green
Director of Sales
Chris brings over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing to Software for Hardware. He has worked in industries as diverse as grocery wholesale, packaging, and software and is excited to now be working in the door, frame, and hardware industry. As Director of Sales, he enjoys getting to know the SFH customers and helping to craft solutions that meet their unique needs. Outside of work, he loves to cook and experiment with new recipes.
Ayaan Shirazi
Software Developer
An internal transfer from Univerus’ corporate team, Ayaan has done incredible work in modernizing Software for Hardware’s tech to streamline user experiences. As Software Developer, he thrives on turning ideas into reality through coding, planning, and collaboration and is excited to always keep pushing boundaries and delivering cutting-edge solutions for the door, frame, and hardware industry. In his free time, Ayaan enjoys cheering on Liverpool FC, watching films, and spending time outdoors.
